4月5日 - Year 11 task due 5月4日
We have been asked to create your own town layout. What would your ideal town layout be? (You may choose to redesign an area of Christchurch or it can be imaginary) There are no limitations.
Your task is to write a description to accompany your town's design.
In your description of your town you could:
describe where things are located
explain why buildings are where they are
comment on preferences - express an opinion about where things are
talk about what you can do in your town
comment on anything you think is relevant to the task
We'll be testing how well we recognise and can work out the English for the following kanji and their compounds next Wednesday (3
Useful expressions we've come across recently
It's been ages since (I saw you)
It's been ages since (I saw you)
How's it been recently?
It's been good.
It's been great.
It's been fun.
It's been boring
It's been so so.
